11:00 AM – Event Kickoff

  • Gates open to the public.

  • Street food vendors and cultural booths begin operations.

  • Distribute tickets to volunteer/s to sell

  • Direct the volunteers (May & Jane have a list of their R&R)

  • Emcee welcomes attendees, vendors and announces the event lineup.

12:00 PM – Opening Ceremony (Livestreamed and photo-op)

  • National Anthem Performances: (5 mins)

    • Philippine National Anthem (“Lupang Hinirang”).

    • American National Anthem (“The Star-Spangled Banner”).

    • Singer - Honey Ewing

  • Opening Remarks: (6mins)

    • Welcome speech by Gene Carangal (Region Chair, PACC-GSA).

    • Special guest remarks from Councilwoman Melissa Cabello Havrda

  • Presentation of US Congressional Gold Medal Award Citation (5 min)

  • With Photo op (1 min)

  • Powerpoint Slides of WWII Vet will be displayed on the monitors during awards presentation and photo op

  • Cut to the 5- min video of Telesforo Trinidad on monitors

  • Cake cutting (3 mins)

  • CLOSING REMARK by Gene (1 min)

  • Humanitarian Projects Overview by Almie Latimore

1:00 PM – BBQ Demo #1

  • Live BBQ demonstration by a featured chef or BBQ expert.

  • Showcase traditional Filipino BBQ techniques and flavors.

  • Audience Q&A and tips for BBQ enthusiasts.

  • RAFFLE OFF one (1) or two (2) PRIZE/S

2:00 PM – Island Warriors Stonewolf Chapter Balintawak Arnis (20 minutes)

  • Bryan Pepito to discuss history of Filipino Arnis and Balintawak origin

  • Showcase Balintawak Arnis

  • RAFFLE OFF ONE PRIZE - Balintawak prize

3:00 PM – Karilagan Cultural Performance (Livestreamed and photo op)

  • A vibrant cultural presentation by Karilagan.

  • Traditional Filipino dances and music to celebrate heritage.

3:30 PM – BBQ Demo #2 (Livestreamed and photo op)

  • Second BBQ demonstration featuring advanced techniques or unique recipes.

  • Interactive segment with audience participation.

  • RAFFLE OFF one (1) or two(2) PRIZE/S

4:00 PM – Cooking Competition

  • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Cooking competition begins.

    • Participants prepare and present their BBQ dishes.

    • Judges evaluate entries based on taste, presentation, and creativity.

5:30 PM – Closing Remarks (Livestreamed and photo op)

  • Thank you speech by PACC-GSA representatives.

  • Acknowledgment of volunteers, vendors, and attendees.

  • Invitation to future PACC-GSA events.

5:45 PM – Raffle and Prizes (Livestreamed and photo op)

  • Recognition of sponsors and partners.

  • Winners of the cooking competition announced.

  • Raffle draw for attendees (prizes include gift cards, event merchandise, etc.).

6:00 PM – Event Conclusion

  • Event officially ends.

  • Vendors wrap up, and attendees begin to exit.
