Arrive by 2:45pm for setup and equipment check.
Bring fully charged camera(s), backup batteries, memory cards, and lens wipes.
Work independently and coordinate primarily with May and Jane for event logistics.

Detailed Schedule & Shot List
3:00 PM – Karilagan Cultural Performance (Livestreamed & Photo Op)
Capture:
Performers on stage: wide shots, close-ups of costumes, expressive moments.
Action shots of traditional Filipino dances and musical performances.
Audience reactions: applause, engagement, families enjoying the show.
Behind-the-scenes of the livestream team (avoid blocking their view).
Action:
Use burst mode for dance/action shots.
Highlight cultural details (costumes, instruments, props).
Be mindful of the livestream—stay out of camera lines.
3:30 PM – BBQ Demo #2 (Livestreamed & Photo Op)
Capture:
Chef/BBQ expert demonstrating advanced techniques or unique recipes.
Close-ups of grilling, ingredients, hands at work.
Audience participation: questions, volunteers, tasting.
Raffle drawing: emcee announcing, winner’s reaction, prize handoff.
Action:
Capture both chef and audience perspectives.
Get a posed shot of the chef with their creation if possible.
4:00 PM – Cooking Competition (4:00 PM - 5:30 PM)
Capture:
Contestants prepping, plating, and presenting their BBQ dishes.
Judges tasting, discussing, and scoring entries (candid and group shots).
Close-ups of plated dishes
Action:
Rotate between contestants and judges for a variety of perspectives.
Capture the creativity, effort, and excitement of the competition.
Take note of standout dishes or moments for captions.
5:30 PM – Closing Remarks (Livestreamed & Photo Op)
Capture:
PACC-GSA representative giving thank you speech.
Volunteers, vendors, and attendees during acknowledgments.
Audience reactions and engagement.
Any group photo-ops with volunteers, board members, or sponsors.
Action:
Avoid blocking the livestream.
Get wide shots of the crowd and close-ups of speakers.
5:45 PM – Raffle & Prizes (Livestreamed & Photo Op)
Capture:
Recognition of sponsors and partners (get sponsor banners/people if available).
Cooking competition winners: announcement, reactions, trophy/prize handoff.
Raffle draw: emcee, winners, and prize handoffs.
Candid shots of happy winners and team celebrating.
Action:
Capture both the prize handoff and the winner’s reactions.
Take group shots of winners with judges/sponsors if possible.
6:00 PM – Event Conclusion
Capture:
Vendors packing up, attendees exiting, final crowd shots.
Volunteers cleaning up, last group photos of the team.
Any remaining candid or fun moments as the event wraps up.
