General Expectations

Detailed Schedule & Shot List

3:00 PM – Karilagan Cultural Performance (Livestreamed & Photo Op)

Capture:
  • Performers on stage: wide shots, close-ups of costumes, expressive moments.

  • Action shots of traditional Filipino dances and musical performances.

  • Audience reactions: applause, engagement, families enjoying the show.

  • Behind-the-scenes of the livestream team (avoid blocking their view).

Action:
  • Use burst mode for dance/action shots.

  • Highlight cultural details (costumes, instruments, props).

  • Be mindful of the livestream—stay out of camera lines.

3:30 PM – BBQ Demo #2 (Livestreamed & Photo Op)

Capture:
  • Chef/BBQ expert demonstrating advanced techniques or unique recipes.

  • Close-ups of grilling, ingredients, hands at work.

  • Audience participation: questions, volunteers, tasting.

  • Raffle drawing: emcee announcing, winner’s reaction, prize handoff.

4:00 PM – Cooking Competition (4:00 PM - 5:30 PM)

5:45 PM – Raffle & Prizes (Livestreamed & Photo Op)

  • Recognition of sponsors and partners (get sponsor banners/people if available).
