Available Volunteer Roles
We’re looking for passionate individuals to assist with the following roles:
Event Photography
Capture memorable moments, attendees, and activities for post-event promotions.
Livestream Team
Operate video cameras and monitor the livestream across multiple platforms to ensure smooth coverage.
Raffle Sales Team
Engage attendees and sell raffle tickets to support event initiatives. Assist with organizing and announcing winners.
BBQ Competition Judges
Taste and evaluate BBQ entries based on criteria like flavor, presentation, and creativity.
Event Program Assistant
Help coordinate and manage the event program, ensuring smooth transitions and schedule adherence.
